Terms and Conditions

Violating these rules will result in punishment, the staff member / moderator is allowed to decide punishments (must me reasonable).

1. Respect and Language

-------- RL1- You must always stay respectfull to other people, no matter what happens

-------- RL2- Swearing is allowed, this server does not punish for swearing. But crossing peoples line is bannable offence with max appeals; 2

-------- RL3- Innapropiate Language is not allowed, this is something else then swearing. This includes Racism, Sexism, Sexual language, etc. This is pernament bannable and reported to Discord.

-------- RL4- Racism is totally not allowed on this server, even when your not focusing on someone. This permanent bannable and reported to Discord and partnered servers.

-------- RL5- Do not share illegal content, this will be reported immediatly to Discord, and if it needs local Police department. This is permantly bannable and reported to partnered servers.

2. Spamming and Pings

-------- SP1- Pinging is not allowed, instead when the targeted person has the role @Ping or DM Me. This could be punished or warned. Depends on what mod your handeling with.

-------- SP2- Spamming is not allowed, even when the channel is not protected by slowmode. This could be warnable and evantually result in a kick or mute.

-------- SP3- Do not ping @'everyone, @'here or roles without permission from a moderator.

3. Voicechat

-------- VC1- Always remain respectful and all posibble ways

-------- VC2- Your microphone has to maintain a good quality to be able to speak, if this rule is broken, you'll be awarded with a server mute.

-------- VC3- Sounboards are not allowed, and this does not only count for inbuilt soundboard, but also for software installed soundboards. This is an Booster perk.

-------- VC4- Please watch any copyrighted tools, videos and music. When your not sure if its copyrighted, ask a moderator. Playing something copyrighted will move you to a AFK voicechat.

4. Personal Information

-------- PI1- Sharing personal informaton without permission can get you permantly banned with the right proof, when the proof isn't enough but someone still says he didn't have permission. You're getting banned for 7 days (1 week). -------- PI2- Screenshotting personal information will result in a kick.

5. Nuking or Raiding

Nuking a server or threatning to will get you pernament banned, reported to Discord, reported to partnered servers. Nuking has no point, our servers are backupped.
